Job summary

SmartSD, based in Breda, is seeking a dedicated customer support advocate to advise customers on intrusion detection and video surveillance solutions. You’ll handle technical inquiries by phone, support Sales Managers with questions, and share market insights with the team.

Ideal candidates are motivated, eager to learn, and fluent in Dutch and English, with basic networking knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.
