SmartSD, a leading distributor of video surveillance and intrusion systems, is seeking an enthusiastic support adviser in the Breda region. You will advise customers by phone, handle technical questions, and support Sales Managers with product inquiries.

You will deepen your knowledge of brands such as Dahua, Hikvision, and Ajax, and work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment offering growth and competitive benefits in a growing international company.

Qualifications

• Basic technical understanding of network environments.
• Proficient in Dutch and English verbal and written communication.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and empathetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise, support, and inform customers by telephone with technical questions and issues.
• Assist Sales Managers by answering customers’ technical questions.
• Share information about new developments and trends in the market.
