Basic-Fit International B.V. is seeking a Tech Lead HRIS to serve as the technical authority for our HR landscape, with Workday at its core. You will define architecture, govern integrations, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions tailored to a large frontline workforce.

You will lead architectural reviews, guide developers and consultants, and stay ahead of Workday releases and HR tech trends in hospitality, retail, and fashion contexts. Fluent English is required; Dutch is a big plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRIS experience with Workday as core platform.
• Experience across HR and payroll domains is preferred.
• Strong understanding of workforce management for large frontline operations.
• Ability to translate requirements into architectural and practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder communication in technical and business reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Define HRIS architecture: integration patterns, data flows, platform boundaries, and Workday role.
• Drive platform strategy: evaluate tooling and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Govern technical quality: set standards for configuration, security, and integrations.
• Resolve high-complexity issues crossing systems or vendors.
• Mentor and enable functional consultants and developers.
• Monitor Workday releases and HR tech developments relevant to frontline operations.
• Bridge business and technology by translating operational needs into technical solutions.
