Basic Fit in Hoofddorp is seeking a Workday Application Consultant to join its dynamic HR team. You will be responsible for configuring and implementing changes to the Workday environment, providing expert support, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 4–5 years of Workday experience, including involvement in transformation projects.
• Deep knowledge of Workday, ideally with a focus on one or more modules: HCM Core, Time & Absence, Time Tracking, or Reporting.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver configuration changes aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and leverage Workday's latest features.
