Job summary

Amoria Bond in Amsterdam seeks a Talent Attraction Specialist to join our internal recruitment team. You’ll focus on finding and hiring great people, recruiting the recruiters for our business.

You’ll actively source, network and headhunt rather than wait for applications, with clear goals and ownership of your recruitment process. A commission element is possible based on results, and you’ll work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Some initial recruitment or talent acquisition experience is preferred but not required.
• Fluent English plus Dutch at C1/C2 level.
• Residence in Amsterdam or within comfortable commuting distance.

We are looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist to join our internal recruitment team at Amoria Bond in Amsterdam.

Your focus is simple: finding and hiring great people to join our business. You’ll connect with candidates, understand their ambitions and introduce them to a potential career in sales and recruitment. In other words, you’ll recruit the recruiters!

While this is an internal recruitment role, we work proactively. Expect plenty of sourcing, networking and headhunting rather than simply waiting for applications. You’ll have clear goals, ownership of your recruitment processes and the opportunity to earn commission based on your results.

What You’ll Do

• Find great talent - Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other channels.


• Engage & advise candidates - Understand their ambitions and help them explore whether Amoria Bond could be the right next step.


• Own the recruitment journey - Manage candidates from first contact through interviews, offers and onboarding.


• Bring our opportunities to life - Represent Amoria Bond and confidently communicate what a career with us can offer.


• Build your network - Develop relationships and create a strong pipeline of future talent.


• Deliver results - Work towards clear recruitment goals while having ownership over how you achieve them.

Who Are We Looking For?

Ideally, you already have some initial recruitment or talent acquisition experience, but it is not a requirement.

You’ll also bring:

• A proactive approach and confidence approaching candidates


• Strong communication and relationship building skills


• Comfort using LinkedIn and the phone to engage potential candidates


• A commercial mindset and motivation to achieve results


• Fluent English plus Dutch at C1/C2 level
