Amoria Bond in Amsterdam seeks a Talent Attraction Specialist to join our internal recruitment team. You’ll focus on finding and hiring great people, recruiting the recruiters for our business.

You’ll actively source, network and headhunt rather than wait for applications, with clear goals and ownership of your recruitment process. A commission element is possible based on results, and you’ll work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Formación

• Some initial recruitment or talent acquisition experience is preferred but not required.
• Fluent English plus Dutch at C1/C2 level.
• Residence in Amsterdam or within comfortable commuting distance.

Responsabilidades

• Source and approach candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Engage and advise candidates about Amoria Bond and career opportunities.
• Own the recruitment journey from first contact through interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Represent Amoria Bond and clearly communicate career opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline of future talent through relationships and networking.
• Deliver results by working toward clear recruitment goals and ownership of processes.
