Your Role:

As a Recruitment & Sales Consultant, you will build and manage the whole recruitment cycle:

• Build Your Network: Acquire clients via the phone. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in your niche market.
• Consult & Advise: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients find the right talent for their business needs.
• Source Talent: Identify, qualify, and engage freelance experts (candidates) for key roles.
• Close Deals: Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Own Your Success: Take full ownership of your portfolio, driving growth and results in a high-energy, entrepreneurial setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language Skills: C1-C2 level proficiency in Dutch or German preferred. If English only on a C2 level, a minimum of 1-2 years of B2B sales, business development, agency recruitment, or similar is required
• Experience: We hire at all levels, but experience in B2B sales or telecommunications is a big plus!
• Attitude: Determined, ambitious, and eager to thrive in a competitive yet supportive environment
• Location: Residing in or planning to relocate to Amsterdam area.
