Amoria Bond is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Amsterdam to grow our teams in the Netherlands. You will manage full recruitment, source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks, and build talent pools.

You’ll work with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and represent the company at events. We offer hybrid work after onboarding, 25 days leave, a €500 development budget, and international incentives.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to connect with people and build relationships.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience sourcing candidates through networks, referrals and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to hiring a new colleague.
• Proactively sourcing suitable candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, your network and referrals.
• Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future vacancies.
• Working closely with hiring managers to understand the talent we’re looking for and advising them on the job market.
• Conducting interviews and guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Representing Amoria Bond at networking events, career fairs and other events.
• Using recruitment data and labour market developments to continuously improve our approach.

What will you be doing?
