The role

As a Recruitment Consultant (Full‑Cycle), you’ll manage the entire recruitment process—building your own client base while sourcing and placing top talent.

You will:

• Win new business through calls, emails, and client meetings
• Build and develop long‑term client relationships
• Source, engage, and manage high‑quality candidates
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers and close deals to secure successful placements

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year of B2B sales and/or recruitment experience
• Commercially driven with a strong results focus and a sales mindset
• Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
• Money motivated
• Able to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Fluent in English (Dutch or German is a plus, not essential)
• Based in or near Amsterdam
