Qualifications

• Уровень образования: магистр в HR/управлении бизнесом или смежной сфере.

Responsibilities

Own the full hiring lifecycle, from intake, market mapping, and direct sourcing through assessment, offer, and onboarding, for roles across biofuels, environmental commodities, and renewable energy markets; Translate hiring needs into clear role profiles, search strategies, and target company lists; Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight and a consultative approach; Identify and engage passive talent for specialised roles across environmental commodity markets; Use LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, referrals, and personal networks to reach candidates who are not on the open market; Maintain market intelligence on competitors, compensation benchmarks, and emerging talent trends; Build and nurture long-term talent networks for critical commercial roles across the biofuels and renewables supply chain; Develop talent pools supporting current openings and future global expansion into new markets and regions; Track and re-engage strong candidates over time; Help shape and professionalise the talent acquisition function; Build and lead a small in-house recruitment team, setting standards, tools, and ways of working; Manage relationships with external search firms for retained or specialised mandates.

Требования

Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; 5+ Years of experience in talent acquisition, including significant experience in direct search, headhunting, or executive search; Experience recruiting commercial profiles within biofuels, environmental commodities, renewable energy, commodities trading, or an adjacent industry; Experience leading or mentoring junior recruiters, or clear ambition to step into a team lead role; Fluent in English; Skilled at assessing competencies and cultural alignment for commercial, client-facing roles; Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence advising and challenging senior hiring managers; Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; Genuine interest in employer branding, inclusive hiring, and the energy transition; Nice to have: An existing network within these sectors.
