Job summary

OTC Flow ищет талантливого разработчика для разработки и поддержки внутренних инструментов по сбору сделок, анализу рынков и операционной деятельности. Участие в реализации новых функций, перевод требований в тех решения и работа в тесном взаимодействии с Sales Traders и Analysts.

Кандидат должен владеть Python на бэкенде, JavaScript на фронтенде и иметь опыт работы с базами данных, а также готовность развиваться в быстро меняющейся среде финансовых и экологических рынков.

Qualifications

• Бакалавр в области информатики/СОС или смежной области.
• Опыт владения Python на бэкенде и JavaScript на фронтенде; Dash или React приветствуются.

Responsibilities

• Разработка и поддержка внутренних инструментов для захвата сделок, анализа рынка, торговых операций и рабочих процессов клиентов.
• Реализация новых функций и улучшений в платформах OTC Flow.
• Перевод бизнес‑ и рыночных требований (GOOs, EUAs, REGOs) в практические технические решения.
• Участие в код-ревью и командных обсуждениях; поддержка автоматизированных рабочих процессов и пайплайнов данных.

OTC Flow operates in global environmental commodity markets, providing liquidity and solutions for financial‑environmental instruments. It supports clients with compliance requirements and sustainability objectives across renewable energy and environmental markets.

Задачи

• Develop and maintain internal tools for trade capture, market analysis, trading operations, and client workflows;
• Implement new features and improvements across OTC Flow’s platforms;
• Translate business and market requirements, including GOOs, EUAs, and REGOs, into practical technical solutions;
• Work with Sales Traders, Analysts, and Operations to understand needs and convert them into technical tasks;
• Build tools that simplify complex environmental market data;
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions;
• Support the creation of automated workflows, integrations, and data pipelines;
• Improve system performance and data quality across internal platforms;
• Assist with CRM‑related enhancements and data maintenance;
• Contribute to feature development, bug fixing, and UX improvements;
• Help strengthen OTC Flow’s technical infrastructure;
• Engage in continuous learning and share knowledge within the team.

Требования

• 2–5 Years of experience with industry‑standard Python for backend development and JavaScript, Dash, or React for frontend development;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Strong understanding of SQL databases;
• Comfortable working in Windows environments;
• Experience gathering business requirements and communicating with stakeholders;
• Hands‑on mentality and ownership of work;
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to achieve high results through collaboration;
• Experience building user‑friendly dashboards or internal tools; include a portfolio, GitHub, or project examples demonstrating full stack work;
• Nice to have: Linux and Docker knowledge.
