Qualifications

• Учащийся на голландском бакалавриате или магистратуре.
• Официально проживает в Нидерландах и обучается на Dutch Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Готовность приступить к стажировке в сентябре 2026 года на 5–6 месяцев, минимум 3 дня в неделю.
• Активный подход и умение работать самостоятельно.
• Уверенное владение английским языком, знание голландского приветствуется.

Responsibilities

• Координация интервью и управление графиками с кандидатами и интервьюерами.
• Поддержка коммуникации с кандидатами на протяжении всего процесса найма.
• Поддержка кадрового администрирования и систем.
• Улучшение опыта кандидатов и бренда работодателя.
• Сопровождение адаптации и администрирования сотрудников.
• Организация мероприятий, корпоративных мероприятий и внутренних активностей.
• Поиск возможностей улучшения процессов HR.

Задачи

• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates and interviewers;
• Support candidate communication throughout the hiring process;
• Maintain recruitment administration and systems;
• Improve candidate experience and employer branding activities;
• Support onboarding and employee administration tasks;
• Organize events, office moments, and internal activities;
• Identify opportunities to improve processes;
• Support onboarding and off-boarding processes;
• Assist with HR administration and maintain employee records;
• Contribute to HR projects such as engagement surveys, policy updates, and internal communications;
• Assist the HR Manager with ad hoc people projects and HR initiatives.

Требования

• Currently living in the Netherlands and enrolled in a Dutch Bachelor's or Master's degree;
• Study in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Sciences, Communications, or similar;
• Available from September 2026 for approximately 5-6 months for at least 3 days per week;
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently;
• Confident English communication skills;
• Nice to have: Dutch language skills.
