Job summary

Milwaukee Benelux is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle for the Netherlands and Belgium. You will actively source talent, advise hiring managers, and build strong talent pools while shaping our employer branding strategy across the Benelux.

The role is based in Dordrecht with regular Brussels activity and a strong collaboration with Marketing and HR. You will lead interviews, coordinate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding transition,

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or corporate recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment experience and ability to advise hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing mindset and ability to actively find and approach talent.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Interest in Employer Branding and recruitment marketing.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment process for the Netherlands and Belgium, from intake with the hiring manager to the offer.
• Advise and challenge hiring managers on profiles, market, and recruitment strategy.
• Actively source and engage talent via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Develop strong talent pools for future growth in the Benelux.
• Coordinate interviews, ensure speed, quality and clear communication.
• Manage offers and onboard handover to HR; drive employer branding campaigns.
