Milwaukee Benelux is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the recruitment lifecycle for the Netherlands and Belgium. You will actively source talent, advise managers on profiles and market trends, and build strong talent pools to support Milwaukee's growth in the Benelux region.

You will collaborate with Marketing and HR on employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns, while ensuring a top-notch candidate experience and smooth onboarding handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition and end-to-end recruitment across NL & BE.
• Ability to advise managers on profiles, market conditions, and recruitment strategy.
• Active sourcing and building talent pools for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for NL & BE from intake to offer.
• Advise and challenge hiring managers on profiles, market, and selection.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn and other channels to attract diverse talent.
• Develop strong talent pools for future Milwaukee Benelux growth.
• Lead employer branding campaigns and collaborate with Marketing and HR on content.
