Job summary

Milwaukee Tool Benelux is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to bridge HR strategy and daily practice across the Benelux. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager, HR Officer, Payroll Specialist and site leaders in Dordrecht, with regular travel to Brussels to support the business.

In this role you’ll advise on HR policy, drive talent development, performance management, recruitment and organization development, and ensure HR contributes to the company’s success in a fast‑moving, international

Qualifications

• HBO work and thinking level, preferably in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as HR Advisor / HR Business Partner or similar.
• Experience with performance management, talent development, recruitment and compensation & benefits.
• Experience with an HRIS; Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Strong advisory, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, independent and entrepreneurial work attitude.
• Strong Dutch and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers and employees on HR topics and translate HR policy into daily practice.
• Implement and further develop HR processes and projects.
• Manage performance, talent development and succession planning.
• Oversee absence management and sustainable employability.
• Recruitment and employer branding in collaboration with the recruitment team.
• Organize and support trainings and development programs.
• Analyse HR data and management reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Benelux and EMEA to professionalize HR continuously.
