Job summary

JDE Peet's in the Netherlands is offering a Talent Acquisition Internship starting February 2026 in Utrecht or Amsterdam. You will manage the internship recruitment and support ongoing recruitments, Employer Branding, and Talent Management across the organisation.

The program features four days in the office and one day remote, a monthly internship allowance of €525, travel compensation, and a chance to learn from world-class HR professionals while contributing to Talent projects.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program throughout the internship.
• Fluent in English with strong MS Office skills.
• Passion for people with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage the internship recruitment and selection process for internships.
• Coordinate calendars and interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage the assessment process with external service provider.
• Publish job ads on internal and external job boards.
• Perform tasks related to Employer Branding.
• Support IHQ training and communication.
• Improve and support ongoing Talent projects.
