Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Amsterdam invites you to join as a Global Talent Intern, gaining hands-on experience in talent management within an international environment. You’ll analyze data, support events, and contribute to the Global Management Trainee Program, while helping maintain LMS trainings and annual reporting.

Work 4–5 days a week, with three days in-office and one to two days remote, for a 6-month period from February 2027 to July 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship.
• Strong MS Office skills and fluent English proficiency.
• Structured, driven, with excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse data for Talent processes and initiatives; provide reporting (Excel) and create visual overviews (PowerPoint/Canva).
• Organise and coordinate events & initiatives; connect with suppliers; manage contracting and invoicing.
• Support Global Management Trainee Program management; contribute to LMS trainings and annual reporting.
