Job summary

JDE Peet’s in the Netherlands is offering two Talent Acquisition Internships in Utrecht, one for a Dutch-speaking team and one for an English-speaking team. You’ll gain hands-on recruitment experience, work with candidates and hiring managers, and contribute to international projects from day one.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or HBO program, with strong English and Dutch skills, excellent communication, and the drive to learn.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or HBO programme during the internship.
• Preferably studying HR, Business, Organisational Studies, Marketing or Communications.
• Completing the internship as part of your academic curriculum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internships, from posting vacancies and screening applications to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
• Be a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with internal teams and external partners.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns and events to attract future talent.
• Track recruitment activities and KPIs, helping the team identify opportunities for improvement.
• Get involved in Talent Management projects, internal events and other HR initiatives.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve our recruitment processes and ways of working.

We’re looking for two Talent Acquisition Interns to join our team at JDE Peet’s!

This isn't an internship where you'll just sit back and watch. You'll get hands-on experience, take ownership of recruitment activities and work closely with candidates, hiring managers and HR professionals in an international environment.

Two opportunities:

• NLTalent Acquisition Intern – Dutch-speaking team. You'll support recruitment activities in a Dutch-speaking environment. Native or near-native Dutch proficiency is required, alongside strong English skills. Location: Utrecht
• HQ Talent Acquisition Intern – English-speaking team. You'll support recruitment for our international teams, working in a 100% English-speaking environment. Fluent English is required; Dutch is not needed. Location: Utrecht AND Amsterdam

What will you do?

For this role as a Talent Acquisition Intern, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or HBO programme throughout the internship.

To qualify for this internship position you need to be available per January 2027. Additionally, for the entire duration of the internship, you need to be registered at an educational institution and be living in the Netherlandsand have an educational institution willing to sign an internship agreement with JDE Peet’s.
