Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is offering a Talent Acquisition Intern role in Amsterdam. You will support end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding in a fast-paced, global context, collaborating with hiring managers and campus teams.

You will gain hands-on experience, receive guidance from experienced colleagues, and participate in internal HR events while developing professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current bachelor’s or master’s enrolment (preferred in relevant fields).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.
• Confidence working with stakeholders across teams.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with eagerness to learn.
• EU working rights required for the internship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment process for Young Talent and junior positions.
• Source and approach candidates through different channels.
• Conduct initial screening conversations.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Support offer preparation, onboarding and first-day planning.
• Support internal HR events and campus recruitment activities.
• Help organize and host student and campus recruitment events.
