Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Talent Acquisition intern to support sourcing and candidate outreach in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You will collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to understand open roles and design candidate outreach strategies.

This entry point into Talent Acquisition offers hands-on experience with modern sourcing techniques and a chance to contribute to building a lasting talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration or similar fields.
• Prior internships or working-student experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German.
• Available for 40 hrs p/w, for a minimum of 4 months.
• EU citizenship (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to understand role requirements.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools; reach out to candidates.
• Design and execute strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
• Provide fresh ideas to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
