• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative team player.
• Dutch, German, or French a plus; familiarity with Greenhouse or eagerness to learn it.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and internal teams to understand open positions.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other techniques; approach candidates.
• Support talent pipeline strategies and recruitment initiatives.
• Share ideas to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Assist with recruitment events and initiatives, including a Business Course for Analyst candidates.

• Help with recruitment events and initiatives, including a Business Course event for potential Analyst candidates
