Picnic Technologies in Amsterdam is seeking a driven Recruiter to connect top talent with our fast-growing teams. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and craft a compelling candidate experience from first chat to offer.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 0-4 years of recruitment experience in analytical or strategy-driven environments.
• Excellent communication skills; you can pitch Picnic’s mission with confidence.
• Fluency in English; Dutch/German/French are a plus.
• Data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for launching creative talent initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Be a talent matchmaker - work closely with hiring managers to crack the code on what makes the perfect fit for every team.
• Find & attract the best - get creative with your sourcing strategies, stay sharp when competition is fierce, and don’t sweat it when applications are slow, you’ll find a way.
• Launch epic initiatives - boost our tech brand and improve visibility in tech communities and the academic world.
• Keep the talent pipeline flowing - whether we need someone now or later, you’ll have a bench of top candidates ready to go.
• Create a candidate experience they’ll rave about - from the first chat to the final offer, you’ll make sure every step is engaging, exciting, and unforgettable.
