Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a Working Student in Talent Acquisition to join our The Hague team with a hybrid work setup. You will help fill hard-to-fill roles, screen Dutch-language applications, and turn data into actionable reports while supporting our ATS and knowledge base.

You are a 3rd or 4th year student with 6+ months of admin experience, strong Excel, and fluency in Dutch and English. The role offers flexibility around studies and room to grow into a junior recruiter position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English.
• Currently a 3rd or 4th year student, available 20 hours per week.
• At least six months of admin or office experience and strong Excel skills.
• Interest in recruitment/HR and curiosity about how ATS works.

Responsibilities

• Help find candidates for hard-to-fill roles alongside recruiters.
• Screen applications for junior and high-volume Dutch-language roles.
• Turn recruitment data into clear reports used by team and hiring managers.
• Clean up and improve how we use our ATS.
• Organize and centralize job descriptions and recruitment knowledge.
