Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a part-time recruitment support student to help our team find candidates for challenging roles and to screen applications for junior and high-volume postings, including Dutch-language roles. You will turn data into actionable reports and help streamline our ATS usage.

Join a growing security-focused team, with hybrid work and a clear path to a junior recruiter role. The role supports Dutch-friendly duties and collaboration with universities and students.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English.
• 3rd or 4th year student, 20 hours/week, with 2–3 days in our office in The Hague or Berlin.
• At least six months of admin/office experience and you're at home in Excel.
• You want to build a career in recruitment and are curious about how it works.
• You take ownership: you spot what needs doing, find help and ask good questions.

About this role

Want to find out what recruitment really is, from the inside? At Eye, you won't be filing CVs in a corner. You'll help a growing recruitment team build how we hire, and if it clicks, we'd love to grow you into a recruiter.

What you will do

• Help find candidates for our harder-to-fill roles, side by side with our recruiters

• Screen applications for our junior and high-volume roles, many of them in Dutch

• Turn recruitment data into clear reports the team and hiring managers actually use

• Clean up and improve how we use our ATS

• Bring structure to our recruitment knowledge base, starting with every job description in one place

• Keep interviews running smoothly: scheduling, coordination and candidate communication

• Help build our relationships with universities and students

The role is new, so it will grow with you and with what the team needs most.

What you wil need

• You speak Dutch fluently and work comfortably in English

• You're a 3rd or 4th year student, available 20 hours a week, with 2–3 days in our office in The Hague or Berlin

• You have at least six months of admin or office experience (a board year at a study association counts) and you're at home in Excel

• You want to build a career in recruitment and are curious about how it works

• You take ownership: you spot what needs doing, find the help you need and ask good questions
  

Nice to have

• You enjoy working with data, or want to get better at it

• Some experience with recruitment, HR or an ATS, or admin work.
