Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a Working Student in Talent Acquisition to join our The Hague team with a hybrid work setup. You will help fill hard-to-fill roles, screen Dutch-language applications, and turn data into actionable reports while supporting our ATS and knowledge base.

You are a 3rd or 4th year student with 6+ months of admin experience, strong Excel, and fluency in Dutch and English. The role offers flexibility around studies and room to grow into a junior recruiter position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English.
• Currently a 3rd or 4th year student, available 20 hours per week.
• At least six months of admin or office experience and strong Excel skills.
• Interest in recruitment/HR and curiosity about how ATS works.

Responsibilities

• Help find candidates for hard-to-fill roles alongside recruiters.
• Screen applications for junior and high-volume Dutch-language roles.
• Turn recruitment data into clear reports used by team and hiring managers.
• Clean up and improve how we use our ATS.
• Organize and centralize job descriptions and recruitment knowledge.

What you wil need You speak Dutch fluently and work comfortably in English You're a 3rd or 4th year student, available 20 hours a week, with 2–3 days in our office in The Hague or Berlin You have at least six months of admin or office experience (a board year at a study association counts) and you're at home in Excel You want to build a career in recruitment and are curious about how it works You take ownership: you spot what needs doing, find the help you need and ask good questions Nice to have You enjoy working with data, or want to get better at it Some experience with recruitment, HR or an ATS, or admin work.
