Job summary

Richemont offers an internship in Talent Acquisition focused on learning the full cycle of recruitment within an international setting. You will train in procedures, tools, and headhunting, collaborating with TA Partners and the business to build strong talent pipelines.

Fluency in English is required, with German and/or Italian a plus. This paid internship runs for six months starting February 2027, and includes commuting allowance reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a university program for the entire duration of the internship.
• Fluency in English; German and/or Italian also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the TA community to observe a full cycle Talent Acquisition process.
• Learn procedures, tools, and best practices across the TA function.
• Support TA Partners and business in building strong candidate pipelines.
• Develop skills in headhunting, candidate relationship management, and candidate outreach.
• Apply a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens to all talent activities and reduce bias.
• Assist with university and school initiatives and coordinate outreach programs.

This internship will teach you how to become a true Talent Detective and help us identify our new colleagues!

Working together with our TA community, you will learn how a full cycle Talent Acquisition process works. Not only locally rooted, but as a part of the bigger TA community, you will have chances to collaborate, interact and support various TA Partners and the business in building strong pipelines of future talent. You will have complete training in terms of procedures, tools and practices. You will learn the crucial methods and ways of headhunting effectively and managing candidate relationships, increasing our talent networks while being a stellar representative of our organization. You will be trained in applying a D&I lens to all our talent activities, ensuring we find exceptional talent regardless of their immediate background/industry and other factors that can introduce bias. You are supporting our TA experts in increasing their talent pools, working on future business needs and anticipating coming roles. You will support with University & School initiatives where needed.
