Job summary

TP Vision ищет стажера в отдел Talent Acquisition в Амстердаме. Ваша работа будет охватывать весь цикл найма в нескольких европейских странах в международной среде. Участие в создании стратегии бренда работодателя и анализHIRа данных.

Qualifications

• Студент бакалавриата/магистратуры в области HR, психологии, бизнеса или международного бизнеса.
• Свободно владение английским языком.
• Интерес к рекрутингу, найму и брендингу работодателя.

Responsibilities

• Поддержка end-to-end процессов найма на нескольких европейских рынках.
• Размещение вакансий и привлечение кандидатов через различные каналы.
• Скрининг резюме и подбор кандидатов, соответствующих требованиям.

Join the Talent Acquisition team at TPV Technology — the company behind Philips TVs, Philips Monitors, AOC, and PPDS — and gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a truly international environment.

Задачи

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple European markets
• Publishing job advertisements and helping attract top talent through various sourcing channels
• Screening CVs and identifying candidates who match our hiring needs
• Conducting introductory phone and video interviews to assess candidates' experience, motivation, and fit
• Coordinating interview schedules and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Supporting hiring managers and recruiters with recruitment administration and ATS management
• Learning how to provide professional candidate feedback and manage stakeholder expectations
• Participating in recruitment strategy discussions, talent mapping, and employer branding initiatives
• Maintaining recruitment reports and analyzing hiring data
• As you grow in the role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own vacancies, managing the recruitment process independently under the guidance and supervision of an experienced recruiter.

Требования

• A Bachelor's (HBO/Applied Sciences) or Master's student in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
• Fluent in English
• Interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Data-driven and confident working with Excel and reporting tools
• Eager to learn and take ownership of projects
• Available for 5–6 months
