Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the TA team with day-to-day activities, assist recruiters, and dive into data and reporting. You’ll help create a seamless candidate experience and maintain clear communication with the team, hiring managers, and candidates.

The internship runs for 5–6 months at our Amsterdam headquarters, starting January/February 2027. You’ll collaborate across Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement and People Operations on our intern

Qualifications

• You are a student currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or Economics.
• Strong organisational skills and extreme attention to detail are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Multitasking with a can-do attitude and love for data & insights.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other internet-based systems.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep tasks moving along the recruitment cycle.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement and People Operations on the intern program and community.
• Keep ATS and support documents up to date at all times.
• Remain calm and find quick solutions when plans change.
• Manage the team’s shared mailbox.

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you will provide support to our ambitious TA team with day to day activities. You’ll experience a steep learning curve on anything recruitment and people operations; either when you’re assisting our recruiters with their hiring process or deep-diving into our data and reporting, you’ll be at the forefront of it all. By being organized and efficient in your work, you'll create a seamless candidate experience. You'll maintain clear lines of communication with your team, hiring managers and candidates. You will join the team at our headquarters in Amsterdam for a period of 5-6 months, starting in January/February 2027.

What You’ll Do

• You are our superglue, by partnering with the recruiters and respective hiring managers, you make sure stuff gets done when it needs to along the entire recruitment cycle.
• Together with Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement and People Operations, you’ll partner on our intern program, bringing all TSH interns together and creating one connected community.
• Your wizard-like organizational skills allow you to ensure our ATS and other support docs are kept up to date at all times.
• You keep it cool when things don't go according to plan and are prepared to find a quick solution to solve the issue.
• You are responsible for taking care of the team's shared mailbox

Who You Are

• You're a student, currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in the direction of Human Resource Management, Psychology or Business Administration or Economics
• Strong organisational skills and maintain extreme attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Multi-tasker, with a can-do attitude and a love for data & insights
• Proficiency in MS Office and other Internet based systems
• You thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• You will participate in different Talent Acquisition projects to improve quality of recruitment
