Job summary

Smith & Associates Europe B.V. is seeking an Operations & IT Projects Coordinator to document and refine procedures, and to align automation initiatives with business priorities.

You will gather requirements, map processes, test systems, and provide user support for new implementations, while coordinating with IT project managers to drive roadmaps and change management activities.

Essential Job Duties

• Assist in documenting and refining operational methods and procedures to support evolving business needs.
• Coordinate components of systems and automation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and end‑user support for new system implementations and enhancements.
• Coordinate closely with IT project managers to support the execution of roadmaps for system integration and automation initiatives.
• Act as a key point of contact for Operations end-users and IT project managers on assigned system and automation projects, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, tools, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to change management activities, including coordination of training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
• Help ensure that global systems and automation initiatives meet established quality, sustainability, and performance standards.
