The position involves handling shipments, labeling, and using our system for inspection and receiving processes. We value attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to multitask in a busy warehouse.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience in electronics/IT parts.

Responsibilities

• Verify information visually to ensure component matches specifications.
• Receive and ship orders in a timely fashion.
• Unload inbound shipments from carriers.
• Open boxes and sort products with waybill and pack list.
• Document product and shipping condition with photos.
• Package material in appropriate containers with padding and protection.
• Use the proprietary system to complete the inspection and receiving process.
• Communicate discrepancies to relevant personnel.

Essential Job Duties

• Verify information visually, using various microscopic equipment and the naked eye, to insure the component matches manufacturer specifications
• To receive and ship orders in a timely fashion
• Unload all inbound shipments from various carriers
• Open boxes, separate product and place in bins along with the waybill and pack list
• Utilize our proprietary system to complete, in detail, the component inspection and receiving process
• Examine components for physical defects
• Verify Purchase Order/Sales Order requirements are met
• Communicate with appropriate individuals when discrepancies arise
• Complete internal /external labels per customer requirements
• Document product and shipping condition through pictures
• Package material in appropriate containers with sufficient padding and protection
• Place required paperwork in/on shipments

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven warehouse experience in an all-around role, specifically within the electronics or IT parts industry.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to detect physical defects in components.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• The ability to lift up to 15kg.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is a plus.
• Knowledge of the electronics distribution field is a bonus.
