Join Smith and embark on an exciting journey into the world of technology. This hands-on role will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in handling a wide range of IT hardware, from assembling and repairing individual components to configuring and upgrading complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Efficiently process purchase and sales orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Hardware Maintenance:
  • Disassemble, inspect, test, and repair electronic hardware, including servers, workstations, network equipment, and computers.
  • Securely erase previous customer data from storage devices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assemble and configure IT hardware systems based on customer specifications.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports on order status, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
• Compliance: Adhere to strict quality, safety, environmental, and data security standards such as ESD.
• Ad-hoc support: Collaborate interdepartmentally to achieve operational goals.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 20 kg repetitively. The shipment boxes can weigh more than 20 kg.
