Smith group in Haarlem, Netherlands, seeks a Component Inspector to join the growing warehouse team. You will verify components visually and with microscopy, receive and ship orders, unload inbound shipments, and document conditions with photos.

Using our proprietary system, you will complete detailed inspections, label accordingly, and pack shipments securely while communicating any discrepancies. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to lift up to 15 kg.

We’re always moving; helping manufacturers navigate market shifts, customizing supply chain solutions, testing components using cutting-edge technology, and more.**Essential Job Duties*** Verify information visually, using various microscopic equipment and the naked eye, to insure the component matches manufacturer specifications* To receive and ship orders in a timely fashion* Unload all inbound shipments from various carriers* Open boxes, separate product and place in bins along with the waybill and pack list* Utilize our proprietary system to complete, in detail, the component inspection and receiving process* Examine components for physical defects* Verify Purchase Order/Sales Order requirements are met* Communicate with appropriate individuals when discrepancies arise* Complete internal /external labels per customer requirements* Document product and shipping condition through pictures* Package material in appropriate containers with sufficient padding and protection* Place required paperwork in/on shipments**Requirements:*** **At least 2 years of proven warehouse experience** in an all-around role, specifically within the **electronics or IT parts** **industry**.* A keen eye for detail and the ability to detect physical defects in components.* Strong written and oral communication skills.* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.* The ability to lift up to 15kg.* Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is a plus.* Knowledge of the electronics distribution field is a bonus.**Benefits:*** Commuting allowance to facilitate your journey to work.* 25 annual paid leave to take a moment to unwind and recharge.* Wellness reimbursement plan to support your fitness and wellness goals* Comprehensive pension plan* Disability and accident insurance benefits* Access to an exclusive learning platform where you can expand your knowledge, refine your skills.**Position Type** Full-Time/Regular **FSLA** Non-exempt
