Qualifications

• Two years experience as a junior sous chef.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet our standards in taste and presentation.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team during shifts.
• Ensure chefs have what they need and order extras when necessary.
