Rise Technical is seeking an experienced Support Engineer for a leading IT service management company. The role focuses on automation, incident resolution and knowledge management, with English fluency and Dutch learning in scope.

You'll work on scripting-based automation for device provisioning and software deployment, troubleshoot IT incidents, and develop SOPs and knowledge articles. Collaboration with network teams ensures secure, compliant endpoint connectivity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows, Linux and macOS administration.
• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
• Clear communication is essential; fluent English and conversational Dutch.
• Experience troubleshooting networks or IT incidents.
• Currently taking a Dutch language course.

Responsibilities

• Implement scripting and tool-based automation for device provisioning, user lifecycle, and software deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents.
• Develop knowledge articles and SOPs.
• Ensure all endpoint assets are recorded, managed, maintained and compliant.
