NES Fircroft is seeking an End-to-End Supply Chain Analyst in the Netherlands to drive KPI-focused performance across the supply chain. The role requires collaboration, data-driven insights, and strong business mindset.

The position runs ASAP until end of April, with a monthly gross salary of 4000–4800 EUR. Responsibilities include procurement, planning, inventory control, and vendor coordination, with opportunities to lead projects and mentor junior team members.

Formación

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of supply chain operations, material planning, and inventory management principles.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, and production planning is beneficial.
• Familiarity with supply chain systems, tools, and processes.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supply chain and logistics activities, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, vendor coordination, and distribution.
• Support the timely and cost-effective sourcing of production materials while maintaining quality and inventory targets.
• Coordinate processes across operations, purchasing, logistics, and external suppliers to ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze supply chain performance and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and enhance effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, and maintain supply chain policies, procedures, and material control systems.
• Lead or support assigned projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project and operational objectives.
• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and supplier performance to support business requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members when needed.

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory control, production planning, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements.
• Understanding of supply chain operations, material planning, and inventory management principles.
• Proficiency in using supply chain systems, tools, and business processes.
