About the Role

As a Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a stable and efficient supply of products across global markets. The role focuses on medium and long term supply planning, inventory optimization, production alignment, and stakeholder management.

You will work closely with global supply chain teams, production sites, and business stakeholders to balance demand, capacity, inventory, and cost while supporting product launches and lifecycle management activities.

Responsibilities

• Own tactical and strategic supply planning activities
• Manage medium and long term planning for assigned products and production lines
• Maintain and optimize supply plans using Rapid Response planning tools
• Participate in weekly and monthly planning meetings and governance reviews
• Collaborate with global supply chain teams and manufacturing sites
• Identify supply risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies
• Drive inventory management aligned with strategic targets
• Support product launches, phase outs, and lifecycle management activities
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for supply deviations
• Deliver scenario planning and business impact assessments
• Monitor production capacity utilization and component availability
• Ensure planning cycles are completed accurately and on time
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in end to end supply chain planning and operations
• Experience within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, beverages, or ingredients
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross functional relationships
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Leadership capabilities and ability to drive initiatives to completion
• End to end supply chain perspective
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Rapid Response planning systems is highly preferred
