Morphotonics is looking for a senior supply chain engineer to strengthen our procurement and supply chain performance. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategic sourcing, data analytics, and systems optimization. You take ownership of supplier selection, procurement strategy, and supply chain improvement initiatives, using data to drive smart and impactful decisions. You will work both independently and collaboratively—taking initiative to move topics forward while partnering closely with engineering, operations, suppliers, and management.

You're cut out for this
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, data science, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years in procurement, supply chain engineering, or supply chain analytics
- Skill Set: Excellent analytical capabilities and data affinity, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, strong strategic sourcing and negotiation skills, entrepreneurial mindset,
- Hands-On Approach: Proactive, structured, and solution-driven approach
- Ways of Working: Able to work independently with ownership and initiative; strong team player who collaborates effectively across functions and cultures
- Systems: Experience working with ERP systems, BI tools, SQL, or similar data tools
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Procurement (Primary Focus)
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for key components and suppliers
- Lead RFQ processes, supplier selection, and cost breakdown analysis
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and long-term partnerships
- Monitor and improve supplier performance (OTD, quality, cost).
- Identify and mitigate supply risks through proactive sourcing strategies.
- Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.
Data & Supply Chain Analytics (Primary Focus)
- Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for performance monitoring
- Translate data insights into concrete improvement actions
- Improve data quality and governance within ERP and supply chain systems.
- Support forecasting, inventory optimization, and decision‑making processes.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Act as a key user and expert for ERP systems related to procurement and planning
- Improve master data quality and process standardization
- Support ERP implementation and optimization initiatives
- Identify and drive continuous improvement across the end‑to‑end supply chain.
