Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the order flow from deal entry to delivery to the customer.
• Coordinate suppliers, transport providers and 3PL partners.
• Select routes, monitor shipments and address delays or issues.
• Ensure GDP, QA, customs and import/export requirements are met.
• Analyse data, identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Create and implement work instructions and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, QA and international partners.

Supply Chain Coordinator | Amsterdam | International Scale up

Are you at the start of your career and looking for a role where you can take real ownership of international supply chain operations?

For an international and fast growing company in animal health and petcare, we are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a young and ambitious team in Amsterdam.

This is not a role where you simply follow orders and update systems. You become the central link between suppliers, transport partners, the 3PL and customers across 50+ countries. Every day brings new challenges, and you'll have the opportunity to quickly develop a broad understanding of an international pharmaceutical supply chain.

What will you do?

You will take ownership of the order flow from the moment a deal is entered into the system until the products arrive with the customer.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and prioritising the order book
• Coordinating suppliers, transport providers and the 3PL
• Selecting routes and transport solutions, balancing cost, speed and quality
• Monitoring shipments and proactively solving delays or other issues
• Ensuring GDP, QA, customs, import and export requirements are met
• Analysing data, identifying bottlenecks and improving processes
• Creating and implementing work instructions and SOPs
• Working closely with Commercial, Finance, QA and international partners
