Job summary

Stroom Recruitment in Amsterdam is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to own the order flow from deal entry to delivery, coordinating suppliers, transport providers and 3PL, and ensuring timely shipments across 50+ countries.

You will join a dynamic international scale-up in animal health and petcare, working in a small team with a strong learning curve and clear opportunities to grow toward independent supply chain ownership.

Qualifications

• At the start of their career in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the order flow from deal entry to delivery to the customer.
• Coordinate suppliers, transport providers and 3PL partners.
• Select routes, monitor shipments and address delays or issues.
• Ensure GDP, QA, customs and import/export requirements are met.
• Analyse data, identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Create and implement work instructions and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, QA and international partners.
