We are excited to be partnering with a very impressive global medical device company.

Due to the growth of the business, they have had a brand new, vital, very exciting opportunity that has come up for their team in Germany. The position is a Supply Chain Coordinator and is a permanent position.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will be an asset to the Supply Chain team. You will review proposals, negotiate prices, select the best suppliers, analyze trends, follow up with placed orders, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintain necessary records.

Responsibilities

• Order Management & Planning: Process customer orders, manage POs, and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and contract manufacturers using our ERP system.
• Stock & Production Planning: Monitor minimum order quantities and best-before dates aligned with forecasts and customer demand.
• Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Identify planning bottlenecks and enhance reporting and processes using tools like Excel.
• Supplier & Customer Coordination: Maintain strong communication with suppliers and customers to ensure delivery reliability.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products pass the necessary quality checks before release and are properly tracked in planning.
• Purchase Verification: Check goods receipts and reconcile invoices.
• ERP & Master Data Management: Maintain accurate product, customer, and supplier data in Business Central.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain or planning in a production or trading environment.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (Business Central, SAP, or similar).
• Structured and process-oriented approach, with the flexibility to deliver practical solutions.
• Fluent in English, Dutch is preferred but not essential
• Proactive, accurate, and able to maintain a clear overview in a dynamic setting.
