Job summary

Qogita is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to intersect insight and execution and directly influence how the business operates and grows. You will partner with leadership to translate ambiguous problems into structured analyses with euros of impact, combining rigorous, bottoms-up analysis with hands-on company building at scale.

You will advise leadership, build financial models, and design dashboards to quantify performance and opportunities across internal teams and external partners,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in banking, consulting, or high-growth tech/fintech.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Analytical problem solver — break down ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking.
• Meticulous attention to detail with focus on root causes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to connect metrics and strategy.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learner with curiosity for new tools and domains.
• Scrappy and resourceful when delivering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on opportunities and risks using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models forecasting performance and unit economics.
• Define key metrics, set SLAs, and build dashboards quantifying operational performance.
• Design BI tools that detect and diagnose performance issues across operations.
• Analyze financial data to identify errors, trends, and savings opportunities.
• Perform deep analyses on large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
