As Strategy & Operations Analyst at Qogita, you will sit at the intersection of insight and execution: your analysis directly shapes how the business operates and grows. You'll partner with leadership to tackle the company's highest‑priority decisions, translating ambiguous problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations with millions of euros of impact. This role combines the rigor of detailed, bottoms‑up analysis, with hands‑on company building at a fast‑paced scale‑up.

Base Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in banking, consulting, or high‑growth tech/fintech
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL – your colleagues come to you whenever they have a question about a spreadsheet or a query
• Analytical problem solver – able to break down ambiguous problems and apply first‑principles thinking
• Meticulous attention to detail – comfortable digging deep to diagnose issues and identify root causes
• Communication skills – connect the dots between operating metrics, financial outcomes and business strategy in written and verbal format

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working for a technology startup which has significant real‑world operations/logistics
• Comfort with a scripting language (Python or JavaScript) for data cleaning, automation, or analysis tasks
• You’re a tinkerer who has experimented with agents/LLMs for personal or professional projects
