Job summary

Qogita is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to intersect insight and execution and directly influence how the business operates and grows. You will partner with leadership to translate ambiguous problems into structured analyses with euros of impact, combining rigorous, bottoms-up analysis with hands-on company building at scale.

You will advise leadership, build financial models, and design dashboards to quantify performance and opportunities across internal teams and external partners,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in banking, consulting, or high-growth tech/fintech.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Analytical problem solver — break down ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking.

The role

As Strategy & Operations Analyst at Qogita, you will sit at the intersection of insight and execution: your analysis directly shapes how the business operates and grows. You'll partner with leadership to tackle the company's highest-priority decisions, translating ambiguous problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations with millions of euros of impact. This role combines the rigor of detailed, bottoms up analysis, with hands on company building at a face paced scale up.

What You'll Do

• Advise the business’s leadership on opportunities and risks, backed by quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Build and maintain financial models that forecast performance and unit economics
• Define key metrics, set SLAs, and build dashboards that quantify operational performance across internal teams and external partners
• Design business intelligence tools that detect and diagnose performance issues across the operation
• Systematically analyze the operation’s financial data to identify errors, trends, and savings opportunities
• Perform deep analyses on large, complex datasets and translate findings into clear insights, hypotheses, and recommendations

What You'll Bring

Base Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in banking, consulting, or high-growth tech/fintech
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL - your colleagues come to you whenever they have a question about a spreadsheet or a query
• Analytical problem solver — able to break down ambiguous problems and apply first-principles thinking
• Meticulous attention to detail — comfortable digging deep to diagnose issues and identify root causes
• Communication skills - connect the dots between operating metrics, financial outcomes and business strategy in written and verbal format
• Self-starter — able to prioritize and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner — naturally curious and eager to master new tools, topics, and operational domains

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working for a technology startup which has significant real-world operations/logistics
• Comfort with a scripting language (Python or JavaScript) for data cleaning, automation, or analysis tasks
• You’re a tinkerer who has experimented with agents/LLMs for personal or professional projects
