• Deliver high-quality longlists and market maps for priority hiring across EMEA.
• Partner with recruiters to translate business priorities into structured research plans.
• Share practical talent insights, including candidate availability and competitor activity.
• Define target profiles and sourcing channels in kickoff meetings.
