Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to shape and scale our European hiring efforts. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment, partner with hiring managers and business leaders, and drive initiatives that strengthen our TA function across Europe.

This hybrid role is based in our Hague office. You’ll design robust recruitment processes, build strong candidate pipelines, and use market data to continuously improve our hiring outcomes while collaborating with top cyber security

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand needs, shape hiring strategies and advise through the recruitment process.
• Own end-to-end recruitment across technical and business roles with a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
• Design and improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews, assessments, scorecards and feedback loops.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines by engaging passive candidates and exploring new channels.
• Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and continuously optimize recruitment performance.
• Take ownership of Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, including employer branding and events.
