Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a People Business Partner & Total Rewards to own compensation, benefits, and equity across our European security operations. You will partner closely with leaders in security operations, incident response, and customer support to shape and implement Total Rewards while navigating a growing, fast-paced environment.

Based in the Netherlands, you’ll be office-based in The Hague for a portion of each week and will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and external partners to

Qualifications

• HRBP experience in a scaling tech environment.
• Around 1 year of reward/compensation experience or lead reward projects.
• Comfortable with numbers and salary analyses.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Able to handle ambiguity and solve problems creatively.
• Working knowledge of Dutch labor law; know when to seek expert input.
• Professional English; Dutch a plus.
• Based in the Netherlands and able to come into The Hague office (1–3 days a week).

Responsibilities

• Own Total Rewards end-to-end, including salary reviews, benchmarking, levelling and salary bands.
• Manage benefits across the Netherlands, the UK, Germany and Belgium with providers and improvements.
• Manage Eye's equity program: grants and refreshers; ensure understanding of equity.
• Prepare Eye for EU pay transparency directives with Legal and Finance.
• Be the trusted People Partner for leaders in security operations and customer support at all levels.
• Be visible on the floor in The Hague and engage directly with teams.
• Handle employee relations, including sick leave, reintegration, complex cases, and external counsel as needed.
• Work within a small, collaborative People team.
