Job summary

Eye Security is seeking a People Business Partner & Total Rewards professional to design and own the company’s Total Rewards framework. You will oversee salary reviews, benchmarking, levelling, and salary bands, while managing benefits across the Netherlands, UK, Germany and Belgium and running our equity program.

You will partner with security operations and customer support leaders, advise executives, and ensure pay transparency readiness with Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• HRBP experience in scaling tech environments (200+ people).
• Around a year in reward/C&B role or lead reward projects.
• Ability to build comp analyses in spreadsheets and explain them to managers.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and solving problems creatively.
• Hands-on knowledge of Dutch labor law; know when to bring in an expert.
• Professional English; Dutch a plus.
• Based in the Netherlands; willing to come to The Hague office 1–3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Own Total Rewards end to end: salary reviews, benchmarks, levelling and salary bands.
• Manage benefits across the Netherlands, UK, Germany and Belgium; work with providers.
• Manage equity program: grants, refreshers, and equity understanding.
• Prepare Eye for pay transparency with Legal and Finance for EU directives.
• Be the trusted partner for leaders in security operations and customer support.
• Be visible on the floor in The Hague and listen to what’s happening.
• Handle employee relations, sick leave, reintegration and complex cases.
