Tellent is looking for a Solution Engineer in Amsterdam to partner with Strategic Account Executives and help customers understand how the Tellent Suite solves complex hiring, HR, and performance challenges.

You’ll lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demos, and guide customers through technical validation, supporting integration discussions and value proof throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solution Engineering or similar SaaS role.
• Strong discovery, communication and consultative problem solving.
• Delivery of tailored product demonstrations tied to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Account Executives on qualified opportunities.
• Lead discovery conversations focused on workflows, integrations, systems, and technical requirements.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer needs.
• Translate customer use cases into scalable solution designs using the Tellent Suite.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and technical validation processes.
• Build and maintain reliable demo and proof-of-value environments.
• Enable Sales teams with technical messaging and demo support.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CS to share customer insights.
