Synology Inc. is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager for West Netherlands to join our Sales team, owning key accounts and driving revenue with resellers, system integrators, and MSPs through regular on-site visits.

Based in the Netherlands with remote work options, you will coordinate with sales, marketing and technical support to deliver Synology solutions, identify new business opportunities, and report market trends to optimise regional strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in a channel-driven IT environment.
• Experience with channel partners (resellers, SI, MSPs).
• Knowledge of Synology or similar ecosystems is a plus.
• Experience in verticals like retail, SMB, education or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills; regional account ownership.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow key accounts (resellers, system integrators, VARs) in the Netherlands with on-site visits.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored Synology solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and the broader market.
• Drive project execution and deployments with partners and end customers.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and technical support for smooth project delivery.
• Report on account performance and market trends with insights and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
