Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead Project & Program Manager in Alphen aan den Rijn with a mandate to drive a strategic transformation program. You will connect senior stakeholders, reduce friction across teams, and translate complex program information into clear, actionable insights and executive-level reporting.

The role combines autonomy with collaboration across business, product, and technology, and requires fluency in English.

Qualifications

Strategic Program Management experience leading cross-functional programs.
Stakeholder alignment across diverse perspectives and priorities.
Strong problem solving for ambiguous or complex situations.

Responsibilities

Drive program alignment across business, product, technology and stakeholders.
Reduce cross-functional friction and clarify ownership and priorities.
Navigate complexity and frame problems with options for pragmatic solutions.
Enable executive decision-making with clear trade-offs and actions.
Maintain integrated program delivery across multiple workstreams and milestones.
Identify risks and dependencies and coordinate mitigation.
Provide concise executive reporting on progress, risks, and next steps.
Assess impact of changes and coordinate response.
Ensure governance, documentation and fast execution for delivery.
